US inflation has been low because of stagnant wages, low-cost imported goods, and depressed oil prices that drove the GDP lower, observes Investment Strategist, Laura Kane CFA. But don’t expect inflation to remain low for long, these trends are likely to reverse.

As markets heal, he expects integration to reassemble but on different terms, those dictated by the realities of the post-crisis world.
