Commercial owner occupied mortgages

Specifically designed to support corporate borrowers, these offer funding to support the purchase, equity release or refinance of owner-occupied commercial property. Key features include:

  • Available for properties in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man
  • A choice of interest rate structures.

Both of these product types require a first legal charge over the property as part of the security for the loan. There are some limitations on certain industries and on minimum or maximum loan amounts. We may also require a personal guarantee from the ultimate beneficial owner.
