Online Banking is a safe, secure and easy way to access your accounts and manage your money. And when you use it, you will automatically be protected against fraud through our Online and Mobile Banking Guarantee.

We are now making improvements to your Online Banking so it is easier to use, whilst further enhancing the security levels of your information.

If you have been notified that you have been migrated to new Barclays One Online Banking, you will be able to continue to use your existing user credentials.


You will still be able to access all of the same banking services you can now, such as transferring money, making a payment and managing direct debits, but we will be introducing new features, including:

  • Access to Barclays Cloud It, where you can securely upload and store your personal documents
  • View your debit card PIN
  • Stop cheques
  • Request statements
  • Secure messaging to the banking office team 24/7.

As well as your normal login details, there will be a new level of protection with PINsentry to verify the following activity:

  • Making payments to new payees
  • Making international payments
  • Setting up text alerts
  • Changing your personal details, login details and preferences.

Remember – never give your PIN, password, PINsentry codes or full security details to anyone who calls you, including if they say they are calling from your bank or police, and never reveal them in an email or text message.
